warrant that any these types of Submission and/or Contributions are unique to you personally or that you have the mandatory rights and licenses to submit these types of Submissions and/or Contributions and that you have entire authority to grant us the above mentioned-mentioned rights in relation on your Submissions and/or Contributions; and
